2025 Workshop 3
Starting August 4th, 2025
In this workshop, we will be drawing four realistic birds in colored pencils, each from a unique habitat around the world. From tropical rainforests to dense woodlands, and tranquil waterways to the polar regions, we’ll explore the beauty and diversity of bird species. Each workshop will focus on mastering the various textures of feathers - soft and fluffy, sleek and glossy as well as delicate and iridescent details while also exploring different color palettes. Throughout these workshops you’ll learn essential techniques for layering, blending, and adding fine details that bring your bird drawings to life. The primary goal of this workshop is to develop your realistic drawing skills, discover the joy of drawing birds and also to inspire a deeper connection to wildlife that honors the incredible birds of our world!
